Laura’s honey

Laura’s honey

It was 2015 when Laura attended a beekeeping course at university and took care of her first two hives. In 2017 she graduated and with the support of her partner she began to see beekeeping as a real job, which allowed her to combine her passions for the environment and animals. Little by little she increases the number of hives and, by learning to manage the growing equipment, she reaches about thirty colonies and opens her own laboratory in 2019. Laura sells wax and candles, dried or frozen pollen and, of course, honey, as well as comb honey. The types are different, from the classic wildflower, acacia, linden and chestnut, to the less well-known sycamore and false indigo. A collaboration with schools also began with the purchase of an educational hive, to involve kindergarten and primary school children in honey discovery workshops, which the little ones often taste for the first time thanks to her.
