It was born from the desire of the owners Deborah and Barbara to offer people only the best of traditional products, thus enhancing the small businesses of excellence in the area.
Latteria Turnaria in Campolessi is a small artisan dairy where the transformation of milk into cheese is still the same of a hundred years ago. Milk from the family-run farms distributed throughout the territory is delivered daily to the dairy, ensuring quality and freshness of butter, cheese and ricotta. The traditional method of processing milk and the turnary management of the dairy have allowed the cheese produced here to obtain the Slow Food Presidia trademark.
